Standard Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across India, covering metro cities and select non-metro regions.
We have partnered with a trusted logistics provider to ensure reliable delivery of our product.
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Time
- Since many of our products are made to order, vendors determine the lead time required to prepare each item. This time is displayed alongside the product details and reflected on the checkout page.
- All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Our products are delivered within 2 to 12 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.
- Once your product is ready, our logistics partner is notified to pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to your location
- We ship orders on all business days except Sundays and public holidays.

In Case of Shipment Delays

In such cases, we may require written confirmation from you stating that the product was not received. Please note, the decision of Septick Fix regarding misplaced or lost shipments will be final and binding.
Damages During Shipping
At Septick Fix, we take utmost care to ensure your products are delivered safely. However, we are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Save all packaging materials and the damaged product.
- Please send us a photo of the damaged item on the same day of delivery to enable us to accept and investigate the issue.
- Take clear photos and videos of the damaged items and the packaging.
- Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our customer support team at septickfixcare@gmail.com to assist you in filing the claim.
These steps are essential to initiate and process claims for products that are lost or damaged in transit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
