Returns Policy for Septick Fix

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for Septick Fix. Please note that purchases made through third-party sellers are not covered under this policy. Any updates to the policy will be reflected on this page.

Overview

1.Eligibility for Returns

Products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

2. Conditions for Returns and Replacements

  1. A) Conditions Under Which Returns/Replacements Will Be Accepted
  1. Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered does not match your order.
  2. Expired Product Delivered: If the product is expired at the time of delivery.
  3. Damaged or Tampered Product During Transit: If the product is damaged or tampered with during shipping.
  4. Partial Order Delivered: If the order received is incomplete.
  5. Return Window: We accept returns only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  6. Replacement Policy: Once your replacement request is accepted, the replacement product will be delivered within 2 to 7 days.

Note: We will request photographs of the delivered order to investigate the issue and process your request promptly.

Refund for Replacement: If the customer opts for a refund instead of a replacement, a refund will be processed for the specific item(s) in question.

B) Conditions Under Which Returns/Replacements Will Not Be Accepted

  1. Opened, Used, or Altered Products: Products that have been opened, used, or modified in any way.
  2. Missing Original Packaging: Products not returned in their original packaging.
  3. Delayed Requests: Return or replacement requests made more than 3 days after delivery.

  • Damaged Products: Customers must report damaged products within the same day of delivery by emailing septickfixcare@gmail.com with photos and order details.
  • Return Rights: Septick Fixreserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
